Summary - DBHDD Support Coordination Special Enrollment Forum

The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is seeking qualified and experienced Support Coordination agencies to join the Georgia IDD Network.

A mandatory Support Coordination/Intensive Support Coordination (SC/ISC) Provider Enrollment Forum will be held on September 28, 2026 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.

Interested agencies are required to attend this webinar to learn about the SC/ISC Provider Enrollment requirements and application process.

During the forum, DBHDD will provide information regarding the SC/ISC Provider Enrollment requirements, required documentation, and next steps in the enrollment process.

Following the forum, participating agencies will receive the SC/ISC Letter of Intent (LOI) and submission instructions. Agencies interested in pursuing enrollment must complete and submit the LOI, along with all required documentation, no later than Oct. 13, 2026.

Agencies that successfully complete the LOI review process will be invited to proceed with submission of the DBHDD and Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) Provider Enrollment applications.

Important Eligibility Requirement

This enrollment opportunity is open only to current Georgia Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Case Management or Support Coordination service agencies.

Interested agencies must submit a copy of their Georgia Medicaid Participation Letter verifying a minimum of five (5) years of case management and/or Support Coordination service delivery with their Letter of Intent (LOI).
